We've got answers.
How often does my pool need professional service?
It depends on the pool, the usage, and the season. Most residential pools benefit from weekly service during the swim season (April–October). In cooler months, biweekly or monthly visits are often sufficient. We'll recommend the right cadence when we assess your pool.
What's included in a standard maintenance visit?
Every visit includes surface skimming, vacuuming, wall and step brushing, basket cleaning, water testing, and chemical adjustment. Equipment is inspected visually on every visit. You'll receive a full report with readings and photos after each service.
Do I need to be home when the technician visits?
No. As long as we have access to your pool, we can service it while you're away. You'll receive a service report and photos after every visit so you always know what happened.
What happens if my water turns green?
Green water is usually an algae bloom — and it happens. If your pool develops an algae problem between visits, we'll come out, diagnose the cause, and treat it. Our Premium plan includes priority response for these situations.
Do you handle equipment repairs?
Yes. Our technicians identify equipment issues on routine visits and can quote repairs directly. Minor adjustments are often handled same-visit. Larger repairs are scheduled with no surprises on pricing.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. We don't believe in locking you in. You can pause your plan for travel or adjust your service frequency at any time. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled visit.
