How Consent Is Collected

Account Registration
When creating an account, customers provide their phone number and check a consent box that reads:
"I agree to receive SMS notifications from Oasis Outdoor Living about my account, appointments, and service updates. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

When booking a consultation, customers provide their phone number and check a consent box that reads:
"I agree to receive SMS messages from Oasis Outdoor Living regarding my booking and service updates. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

How to Opt Out
Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe
- Reply HELP for assistance or support information
- Call us at (919) 880-2171 to request removal

After opting out, customers will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
